Aleksandr Nozdrinov

The blogger, who ran a telegram channel "Sanya Novokubansk", specialized in corruption and violations in law enforcement agencies, the main content - "dialogues with traffic police officers".
Lawyer Olesya Panyuzheva said that during the sessions the prosecution representatives threatened to initiate disciplinary proceedings, made unreasonable remarks to the defence, as well as interrupted the questioning of witnesses. The defence lawyer and author of the YouTube channel "Especially Dangerous Lawyer," Sergei Zemtsov, was removed from the room by the judge after he said that the prosecutors, jumping up and down, interrupted the defence to remove their question to witnesses. The day after one of the sessions, defence lawyer Panyuzheva was detained by traffic police officers and a report was drawn up on her for disobedience to a lawful demand of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). According to her, the police officers told her that they could not do anything and referred to some order.
On 27 April 2023, Nozdrinov's wife and his public defender Ekaterina Nozdrinova was removed from the hall because, when answering the judge's questions, she stood up rather than standing up fully.
In September, it became known that the prosecution side in the case is represented by prosecutor Alexander Ilinov, about whom Nozdrinov had previously made an investigation, accusing him of involvement in the theft of state land. On 20 September, the blogger wrote to his wife that after one of the sessions, his lawyer was not allowed to see him, and law enforcement officers, including the head of the local police department, who, according to Nozdrinov, was involved in fabricating his criminal case, went through his belongings; Nozdrinov fears that something may have been planted on him.
On 29 September 2023, the blogger was sentenced to eight and a half years in a general regime colony.
In November 2025, it became known that the staff of the colony where Nozdrinov was held fabricated disciplinary actions against him.
Against Ekaterina Nozdrinova initiated a case of fraud in the field of credit (Art. 159.1 of the Criminal Code). The publication "Open Space" wrote that the family with three children used to live on the income of the father, and Ekaterina had to take loans, resulting in debts. On 17 May 2023, Nozdrinova's house was searched; the search order was issued by the judge who is considering her husband's case.
