A resident of Lipetsk, rented out virtual phone numbers. According to the investigation, he provided a phone number to those involved in the Crimean bridge bombing. According to Tiazhelykh himself, the number was provided not by him personally, but by the service "OnlineSim", with which he cooperated. He was placed in custody on charges of involvement in the terrorist attack. On 27 November 2025, Tiazhelykh was sentenced to life imprisonment.
