Detained and taken into custody in June 2021. A case on the activities of a terrorist organisation was opened in connection with alleged involvement in the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has nothing to do with terrorism. On 12 July 2023, sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime colony.
