Vladimirov was released under recognisance not to leave the country. Later the descreditation charge was dropped. On March 13, 2025, Vladimirov was taken into custody because he went to a football match in Krasnodar together with his children. On March 27, 2025, Vladimirov was sentenced to four years in a general regime penal colony.
