Resident of the Tver region. On 23 April 2024, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of public justification of terrorism for two comments expressing approval of the activities of the "Freedom of Russia" Legion and the "Russian Volunteer Corps". The text of the court ruling does not specify the exact content of Klepov's comments; it mentions the Russian Volunteer Corps' raids in the Bryansk region on 2 March 2023 and in the Belgorod region on 22 May 2023, which were classified as terrorist attacks, but it does not explicitly state that he approved of these specific actions, only that he was aware of them. On 1 October 2024, Klepov was sentenced to two years` imprisonment in general regime (penal) colony.
