A resident of Tver Region. On April 23, 2024, he was detained and then remanded in custody on charges of publicly justifying terrorism because of two comments expressing approval of the activities of the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps. The text of the court decision does not clarify the exact content of Klepov’s comments; it mentions the Russian Volunteer Corps' raids in Bryansk Region on March 2, 2023 and in Belgorod Region on May 22, 2023, which were classified as terrorist attacks, but it is not explicitly stated that he endorsed these actions, only that he was aware of them.
On October 1, 2024, Klepov was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony.
