A resident of the Voronezh region. On 13 July 2020, Veselov's house was searched, after which he was detained. Subsequently, the court ordered that he be taken into custody in connection with a case concerning the organization of the activities of an extremist organization. On 2 December, a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was chosen.
On 21 November 2025, the court sentenced him to 6 year's imprisonment in a general regime colony.
