Resident of Essentuki. He was engaged in repairing motorbikes. He communicated in an eight-person collective chat room dedicated to cars and motorbikes, where he also discussed the war and criticised the Russian authorities. He openly wrote anti-war posts in Instagram and organised a motorbike rally with the Ukrainian flag. On 8 October 2022, he was detained. Later he was taken into custody as part of the case of preparation for a terrorist attack. According to the wife of another defendant, Nikolay Murnev, according to her information, Dudchenko was tortured and forced to testify against other defendants, he was also planted with weapons and drugs. Dudchenko was also charged with possession of weapons, explosives and drugs and sale of weapons. On 27 June 2024, he was sentenced to seven and a half years' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
