Svetlana Kudryashova

A resident of Moscow. In the summer of 2022, she was arrested for 10 days under the administrative article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (Art. 20.3. of the CAO) because of two tattoos - with the symbols of the Azov regiment and with the slogan "Glory to Ukraine". According to her, she applied the tattoos in 2018. In August 2023 in the channel of the ideologist of the "Male State" Vladislav Pozdnyakov appeared a video clip with Kudryashova sleeping in the train, where one of the tattoos was visible.

A case was opened against her for repeated demonstration of banned symbols. She was placed under house arrest. In May 2024, Kudryashova was detained, allegedly because of a conflict in the entrance. She was again arrested for 10 days under the administrative article on demonstration of prohibited symbols. On 10th June 2024, she was sentenced to seven months in the criminal case. On 5th September 2024, the court of appeal instance cancelled the sentence due to the fact that it was issued by the same judge who issued the first administrative arrest order against Kudryashova. At the hearing in the court of appeal, she said that the FSB officers threatened her and her family, demanding that she confess. On 26th December 2024, the Muscovite was again sentenced to seven months, but was released from punishment due to the fact that she had already served this term.

In April 2025, shortly after the judgement in the first case came into force, it became known that Kudryashova was placed in custody in Moscow, again on the case of repeated display of prohibited symbols - because of the same tattoos, while in September 2024 she had painted over one of them and broken another. At the trial, she said that after the search she was taken to the police station, where law enforcers forcibly stripped her naked, photographed her tattoos all over her body, including on her personal phones, and threatened to make the intimate photos freely available if the woman did not plead guilty. According to her, as she was being taken out of the flat, she was hit on the doorway with her head.

On 19th January 2026, Kudryashova was sentenced in the second criminal case to two and a half years in a penal colony.
