Resident of Lugansk Oblast in Ukraine. A case was started against him on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization with regards to battalion "Aidar" and jn undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. On January 14 2025, Kliuchka was sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment.
