Sergei Loshakov

A resident of Surgut. On September 29, 2023 he was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). It is stated in the police report that he refused to be checked for involvement in some extremist activities. At the end of the arrest term, on October 13, 2023, Loshakov was again detained and then arrested for the same period under the same article. According to the police report, he refused to be checked for involvement not only in extremist activities, but also in discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On October 28, he was arrested for the third time for 15 days under the same article. This time, it was alleged that he had received information about the theft of a GAZ car axle, he was taken to the car park to give explanations, but he resisted on arrival. Apparently, when his third arrest expired, Loshakov was taken into custody on a criminal case of treason in the form of providing financial assistance to a foreign state. On December 9, 2024, he was sentenced to nine years in a strict regime penal colony.
